Where are ARRAN Sense of Scotland products made?
All our products are proudly designed, formulated, and manufactured at our Home Farm factory on the Isle of Arran, Scotland, using the finest ingredients and local spring water.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan-friendly?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals, and the majority of our collections are vegan-friendly.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an Express Delivery service for those who need their island-inspired scents a little sooner.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your unopened and unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at the checkout.
Can I recycle my ARRAN packaging?
Sustainability is core to our values. Most of our bottles and packaging are recyclable, and we are actively working on increasing our use of PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) materials across all ranges.
