Securely Package Items
Place the unused items back into their original ARRAN packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent any damage during transit.
Post Your Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
